Senior Weight Control Engineer

As a Senior Weight Control Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy production for a leading company in the deepwater ocean-infrastructure sector, driving cleaner and more efficient solutions while contributing to a sustainable blue economy.
Role Overview
- Select methods and procedures, ensuring performance of work and optimization of design within specifications.
- Proactively plan and complete activities and deliverables within agreed time frames and budgets, ensuring system interfaces.
- Deliver Scope of Work in accordance with contractual and internal requirements.
- Utilize applicable lessons learned, understanding change impacts across project system boundaries.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties per contractual and internal requirements.
- Act as Package Engineer with technical responsibility for design, procurement, and manufacture of Packages.
- Lead engineers on assigned scope of work.
- Serve as Discipline Lead for assigned scope of work.

Education & Experience

- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
