Senior Weight Control Engineer

As a Senior Weight Control Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy production for a leading company in the deepwater ocean-infrastructure sector, driving cleaner and more efficient solutions while contributing to a sustainable blue economy. 

Role Overview 

  • Select methods and procedures, ensuring performance of work and optimization of design within specifications. 
  • Proactively plan and complete activities and deliverables within agreed time frames and budgets, ensuring system interfaces. 
  • Deliver Scope of Work in accordance with contractual and internal requirements. 
  • Utilize applicable lessons learned, understanding change impacts across project system boundaries. 
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties per contractual and internal requirements. 
  • Act as Package Engineer with technical responsibility for design, procurement, and manufacture of Packages. 
  • Lead engineers on assigned scope of work. 
  • Serve as Discipline Lead for assigned scope of work. 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Weighting expertise. 
  • Compliance knowledge. 
  • Concept development skills. 
  • Detailed design capabilities. 
  • Systems engineering proficiency. 
  • Package engineering and manufacturing experience. 
  • Site engineering skills. 
  • Installation engineering analysis. 

Education & Experience 

  • Engineer Diploma in relevant discipline. 
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
