Abstract
International Business is many times more complex than setting up a typical subcontractor or partner relationship in your own country. George Bernard Shaw once said, ”England and America are divided by a common language.” Language is only the tip of the iceberg for international business. The larger issues involve technology transfer, private companies vs. governments, and the motive for seeking offset business. This presentation explores the implications of these issues and more.
