Abstract
Thin film technique was developed in the last years for integrated microwave circuits. In addition, miniaturized components, such as diodes, chip resistors and chip capacitors for MIC have been realized.
Today, thin film technique is also used for low frequency circuits. Both size and weight of circuits in the MHz range will be considerably reduced using ICs without package and miniaturized components.
