Abstract
This paper was presented at the Twenty-second Annual National Conference of the Society of Aeronautical Weight Engineers at St. Louis, Missouri, April 29-May 1, 1963. Papers on the subject of present day load devices, and in particular the graphical approach, have been presented by Mr. Canute Hargoe of TCA at the last two National Conferences. Based on the title of this paper it may seem that this is a rehash of the same material.. However, it is intended only to review some parts of Mr. Hargoe’s presentation and then to expand upon certain aspects which he touched on but did not develop.
