Abstract
A test facility for determining inertia and geometric properties of rotational symmetrical specimens, such as re-entry bodies, is described. While most of the properties are obtained in an orthodox way, a new method for determining the inclination at the principal axis is used, employing freedom torsional pendulum with an accelerometer that is caused by an inclined principal axis.
Equations used in analyzing the test data are derived in four appendices
