Abstract

Team Buffalo Works is a multi-disciplinary aerospace vehicle design group created in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering at Wichita State University. The team has chosen as its mission to design and build an aircraft in conformance to the contest requirements of the SAE AeroDesign Contest. The object of this contest is to construct a flight vehicle capable of carrying the largest possible payload through a simple course within geometric, material, and performance constraints. The final configuration consists of a flying wing planform that is predicted to carry 28 lbs of payload. (Wesley Smith)
