Ted Dull, Terry Norman, and Andy Brooks supported this year\u2019s Fort Worth Regional Science and Engineering Fair.\u00a0 The Texas Chapter has been a longtime supporter of the science fair and awards special awards at the senior and junior high levels.\u00a0 This year\u2019s winners included experiments with: varying rocket nose cone weights, innovative payload launching methods, lightweight parachutes and battleship displacements.\u00a0 Andy also reviewed the various projects for the best use of metrics for another special award sponsored by the U.S. Metric Association.<\/p>\n
