DESCRIPTION:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Special guest speaker Robert Gerhart,\u00a0the Director of Engineering in the Northrop Grumman Advanced Design\/Special Programs organization will be leading the presentation on \u201cThe Wright Brothers: Then and Now\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbie will share his knowledge and perspective on who the Wright Brothers were, what inspired <\/span><\/span>them, and how they engineered the first practical airplane, detailing his presentation with photos and <\/span><\/span>information gathered during a recent trip to the sites the Wright Brothers made famous: the homes, <\/span><\/span>workshops and testing locations still open for visitors today.<\/span><\/span>
