Abstract
”Someday we’ll laugh about this” is a phrase most Weight Engineering System Analysts do not want to hear from a Programmer. Yet, such experiences introduce some of the most important lessons in Weight Engineering automation design and development. The lessons which have been proven to turn the course toward triumph. These lessons can also be practiced when a project is going smoothly. Then they help avoid pitfalls in development altogether. This paper encompasses two bytes of eight bits each. The first byte reveals some challenges for Weight Engineering computing. Its eight bits of wisdom are useful for recognizing eight of those challenges. The last byte illustrates management techniques useful for Weight Engineering computing. Its eight bits of wisdom answer the eight challenges found in the first byte. This paper provides bits of wisdom learned the hard way. It shares lessons learned so Weight Engineering – Management, System Analysts, and Programmers – can avoid some of the experiences that byte.
