Abstract
We function in a world of conflict. Whether we work singly or in a group, we’re surrounded by
differences. That’s what conflict is all about – differences.
Conflict doesn’t have to be destructive, disruptive or disabling. It’s a signal that a relationship
is alive. When the parties involved in conflict work toward its resolution, they’re saying ‘this
relationship is worth saving, let’s work things out together.’
This paper describes various types of conflict, what it can do to you, and what successful conflict
